WELCOME TO METSOLA'S ONLINE STORE 🤍

Here you will find useful information with regards to ordering, delivery and returns. You can place orders from our online store as a registered customer or as a guest.

All prices are in Euros (€).

  • If you want to make changes to your order, you have to make a completely new order.
  • We can not combine orders that are placed at different times
  • Upon receipt of your order, you are entitled to a 14 day right of return (as dictated by Finland Consumer Protection legislation). The products are not exchangeable.
  • NB! There will be processing fee 3,90€ added to all returns.
  • We reserve the right to change the delivery methods during campaigns
  • If any of our products are out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Klarna Checkout (only in Finland) 

With Klarna Checkout, you can pay for your order via invoice, monthly payment, online banking, or credit card. Please note that the default is set to payment after shipping. Klarna Checkout guarantees you will be able to shop safely regardless of your payment method.

You are not required to make payment prior to your order shipped.

Klarna Checkout includes all Klarna payment methods: Pay Now, (Card payments, Online Banking and Klarna Direct Payment, Pay Later (Invoice) and Split Payment (monthly payment). The Klarna payment system identifies the customer, therefore the package pick-up point needs to be mainly within 10km from the original delivery address.

Online Banks (Danske Bank, Nordea, Aktia, OP, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki)

2. Paypal Finland and international payment systems.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY METHODS

Shipping costs will be automatically added to your order based on the shipping method you choose. All orders are shipped as parcels and will have a tracking number assigned to them.

Pick up from Metsola Warehouse (3PL, Koivuhaka, mon-fri 8-17) 0,00€ Juurakkotie 4, 01510 Vantaa. The orders are collectible for one week. If the order is not collected within one week, we will charge 5€ handling fee.

Full or partial returns from outside of Finland will incur a shipping fee of 9,90 €.

Return of defective items is free of charge.

If you are replacing or returning a defective product, we will arrange a free refund for your shipment. Email us at info@metsola.fi and we will send you instructions for completing your return.

We aim for fast mailing. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.We reserve the right to change delivery times during different promotions (eg SALE, Drop Days, Black Friday).

RETURN POLICY

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. As a consumer, you have the right to both inspect your items and try them out. Upon receipt of your order, you are entitled by law (as dictated by Finland Consumer Protection legislation) to a 14 day right of return.

It is equally important to inspect your order upon receipt even if you have purchased it for later use or as a gift. Do not wash your item unless you have checked it and have made the decision to keep it.

Returns products must be unused and must still have their original sales tags. All returns will be inspected prior to a refund. Please pack the products neatly for return so they can be returned to stock immediately if appropriate. Products may be returned to us in their original packaging or in another durable bag / box.

We do not accept returns made more than 14 days after receiving the shipment.

Returns will generally be processed within 1-2 business days of their arrival. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

After the return of a part order, if the order value is less than the free shipping limit, postage will be deducted from the refund.

Failure to collect an order is not classed as a return. Any order not collected in Finland will incur a shipping and handling fee of 10 €. Any order not collected outside Finland will incur a handling fee of 10,00 € + shipping cost back to Finland.

RETURNS 

Return your order by following these instructions. Please pack the products neatly for return so they can be returned to stock immediately if appropriate. Products may be returned to us in their original packaging or in another durable bag / box. Remember to include the returning form to your package.

Please remember to keep your return receipt until your return is processed. The receipt serves as proof that you have returned the package and it is on its way to us.

Metsola charges a return fee for the processing of returns. The fee is 3,90€ when the return comes from Finland and 7,50€ outside of Finland. The return fee is deducted from the amount that is refunded to the Customer. The return fee includes for all orders placed after 20.4.

POSTI

Enter the parcel's original item ID on the Posti website (Customer returns) to get a new HELPOSTI item ID for the package to be returned. Write the new code on the parcel and drop it off at a Posti Outlet or a Parcel locker.

The Customer Return ID for Posti is 615413. Enter the Metsola address and the Customer Return ID of your choice in the package.

SCHENKER

Return your parcel to DB Schenker office.Include the package label or shipping ID code on the original packaging to expedite processing.

MATKAHUOLTO

Write the return code 9525694 on the package and leave the package at Matkahuolto outlet.

METSOLA WAREHOUSE PICKUP

Return your orders to our warehouse within the opening hours mon-fri 8-17.
