S. Laitoin viestiä asiakaspalveluun vanhasta piposta, jonka tupsu räjähti, kysyäkseni sivuilla mainituista irtotupsuista. Vanhaan pipoon täysin sopivaa sävyä ei enää löytynyt, mutta valitsin sen, mikä oli lähimpänä pipon sävyä. Asiakaspalvelu oli äärimmäisen hyvää ja tupsu oli ihan hienoista sävyeroa vaille täysin nappi meidän pipoon! Ihan huippua, että näihin on mahdollista saada "varaosia" ja näin pidentää hyvien, laadukkaiden tuotteiden käyttöikää!
