As part of our responsibility promise, we have launched the Re.wear recycling program together with our recycling partner Ninyes .
Recycle and turn your used Metsola clothes into gift cards
Because the value and quality of Metsola clothing is maintained from one user to the next, we encourage our customers to buy thoughtfully and sustainably, take care of their clothes, and finally recycle unnecessary clothes for new users. By recycling, we can significantly reduce the carbon footprint of clothing.
We have made recycling easy together with Ninyes: send your used Metsola clothing or home textiles to Ninyes and they will handle the sale for you. You will receive a gift certificate to Metsola's online store in return.

We want to make recycling as easy as possible for you!
Send your used Metsola clothes according to the instructions below and our partner Ninyes will find them a new home!
Your returned clothes will be inspected, photographed, priced and listed for sale. Everything related to the sale will be taken care of for you. This way, you can get by with minimal effort and your clothes will be found by new users, safely and securely.
We pay you either 80% or 60% of each product approved for sale.

The refund you receive is based on the second-hand selling price of the used product.
We will pay you as follows:
- Second hand sale price is 10–80€, we pay 60% refund
- Second hand sales price is over €80, we will pay an 80% refund for the portion exceeding €80
The refund will be paid as a gift card, which you will receive two weeks after you have sent your recyclable products to Ninyes.
A processing fee of €2.80/product and any additional charges will be deducted from the gift card amount.

Once the return has been received and processed, you will receive an email with the refund value for the clothing. Once you have accepted the refund value, you will receive a gift card in your email.
For each product approved for sale, we will pay you either 60% (for products with a second-hand value of €10-80) or 80% (for products with a second-hand value of over €80) in the form of a gift card.
A handling fee of €2.80/product and any shipping costs will be deducted from the gift card amount.
You will receive a gift certificate approximately two weeks after you have sent in your recyclable clothing.

The gift card is valid for six months from the date of issue.

What can I return?
Yes, please:
All Metsola clothing or home textiles. Products must be in good condition, intact, clean and resalable.
We do not accept:
Dirty, stained or torn clothes and accessories, greyed, faded or
discolored, copied or used products. Products must not contain animal hair
and no strong odors. Model pieces or II quality with the brand name cut in half.
The expected selling price of the garment used must be at least €10.
We are not taking any for now.
I don't accept Metsola accessories at all.
Metsola Re.wear program terms and conditions:
Deliver your used Metsola clothing to our Metsola x Ninyes re.wear service. We will refund you half of the estimated selling price for each resaleable garment in the form of a gift certificate to the Metsola online store. The gift certificate is valid for three months from the date of issue. We sell the clothing on our partner Ninyes' website. The program is currently only available in Finland.
The clothes must be intact, unstained, hairless, clean and odorless, and must have the brand name remaining. The brand name must be intact. Sample pieces or second-quality products with the neck tag cut in half will not be accepted for sale. Dirty or torn clothes, underwear and socks, replica clothes or clothes that have already been worn out - i.e. those that have no resale value - are not eligible for the Re.wear program. Pack the products carefully in a durable shipping bag or box - we will not replace products lost or damaged in transit. Include your name and phone number, and fill out our sales form in advance.
You will receive a refund for the clothes you have delivered within 2 weeks after we have received the delivery & confirmed the saleability of the products. We will deduct the delivery costs of €4.90 /delivery from the value of the gift card. The gift card will be delivered to the email address you provided on the sales form, and it is valid for 3 months in the Metsola online store.
Our goal is that all clothing will find a new user. Ninyes has the right to determine that the product does not meet the above guidelines and is not suitable for resale. In this case, the customer has the opportunity to get the products back for €4.90 in return for shipping costs. It is important to leave functional contact information. We need at least your name, phone number and email address. Metsola or Ninyes are not responsible for any costs or disruptions if the customer has left incorrect or incomplete information.
