According to our complaints policy, products are complained about for their to the place of purchase.
If you notice any defects in a product purchased from Metsola's online store or pop-up store, please notify us as soon as possible. The normal product complaint period is approximately 12 months from the date of purchase (not the date the product was put into use). We handle each complaint individually.
