Product error report
According to our complaint policy, products should be reported to the place of purchase.
If you notice defects in a product purchased from Metsola's online store or pop-up store, please notify us as soon as possible. The normal complaint period for a product is approximately 12 months from the date of purchase (not from the date of first use). We handle each complaint individually.
Please send your complaint notification via email to info@metsola.fi and include the information listed below in your message.
Include the following information in the email:
- Your first name and surname
- Your street address
- Date of purchase (dd/mm/year)
- Product order number OR place of purchase
- Purchase price of the product
- Description of the product defect
- Please also include a picture of the product defect in your message (this will speed up the handling of your complaint)
