You have the right to cancel your order placed in our online store within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day cancellation period starts when you have received the order. You can also cancel the order before receiving it.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unequivocal manner – for example, using the form below, by email, or by returning the products according to standard return instructions, in which case no separate notification of return is required, but the products are returned according to the instructions and the return form is included with the return.

You may use the cancellation form below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

We are not responsible for costs arising from cancellation: a return fee of €4.90 will be charged for cancelling an order. Any shipping costs will also not be refunded.

If the products have already left our warehouse, you must send the product/products back according to the return instructions without undue delay or at the latest within 14 days of making the cancellation notification. The deadline is met if you send the products back before the end of the 14-day period.
