The Metsola story began in Oulu in 2007, and our passion for designing high-quality and beautiful children's clothing is still burning just as strongly. ❤︎
In our daily lives, we make choices with children's futures in mind. Our values – responsibility, working together, and customer orientation – guide everything we do. Below, we explain concretely what responsibility means to us in practice.
Our products are mainly manufactured in Estonia, as well as in Latvia, Poland, Finland, Portugal, and Turkey. In addition, our bathrobes and other home textiles are made in India through the Anno x Metsola collaboration.
Small wear and tear or holes can be easily mended with, for example, a Fabpatch clothing patch. You can also find instructions on our website for caring for the materials of our clothing and accessories.

DESIGN FROM FINLAND
Metsola has been awarded the Design from Finland mark. The Association for Finnish Work’s Design from Finland mark can be awarded to a product, product group, or service that strongly represents Finnish design expertise. The mark indicates that the company has invested in professional design and achieved business benefits through design. Products and services that bear the Design from Finland mark have been designed in Finland in a professional and user-oriented manner.
FINNISH ONLINE STORE
The Finnish Work Federation has granted Metsola's online store the Avainlippu label. In order for the online store to be eligible for the Avainlippu label, the company's head office and management must be located in Finland, the company must be Finnish-owned, and the service must be produced in Finland and the domestic content of the service must be at least 50 percent of the cost price.
RECYCLE USED METSOLAS
Because the value and quality of a Metsola garment last from one user to the next, we encourage our customers to shop thoughtfully, take care of their clothes, and finally, pass on any unnecessary garments to new users. When a garment is passed on to a new user, its lifespan is extended and the need to manufacture new products decreases.
