Refund policy

Please check the items in your order as soon as possible after receiving your delivery. As a consumer, you have the right to examine the product carefully, inspect it, and try it on.

All our products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, starting from the date you receive the shipment.
Exception: Orders placed between 26 November and 24 December have an extended return period until 6 January.

Our online store does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please return the original product according to our return instructions and place a new order in our online store.

If you purchase a product for later use or as a gift, checking the product is just as important. Please do not wash or use the product before you have made your final purchase decision and confirmed that the product is suitable.

Returned items must be unused, in resalable condition, and have all original tags attached. We inspect the condition of all returned items before processing the return. Please pack the items carefully so that they arrive to us in resalable condition. Products may be returned in the original packaging or in another durable bag or box.

We do not accept returns made more than 14 days after receipt of the shipment.
Exception: Orders placed between 26 November and 24 December have an extended return period until 6 January.

We process returns within two weeks of receiving them, after which the refund will be issued. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order.

If part of an order is returned and the remaining order total falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Returns of campaign products / free gifts

If the campaign conditions are no longer met after a return, the campaign benefit will be cancelled and the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.

Example:
If a campaign requires a minimum quantity (e.g. “Buy 3, Pay for 2”) and one item is returned so that only two items remain, the campaign benefit is cancelled. The remaining items will be charged at their regular price, and any price difference will be adjusted in the refund.

Example:
If a free gift is offered for orders over a certain amount (e.g. free gift for orders over €100) and the order total falls below the minimum after a return, the free gift must be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund.

The return fee for returns coming from Finland is €4.90 for orders placed from 17 December onward. For orders placed before this date, the return fee in Finland is €3.90.

Returns outside Finland: the return fee is 9,90 €.

You can return products by following the instructions below. Please pack the items carefully so that they arrive in resalable condition. Products may be returned in the original shipping package or in another durable bag or box. Remember to include the return form in the package.

Please keep your return receipt until your return has been processed. The receipt serves as proof that you have handed over the package for return and that it is on its way to us.

The return fee in Finland is €4.90 for orders placed from 17 December onward, and €3.90 for orders placed earlier. The return fee will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount. For returns made from outside Finland, the return fee is €9.90. Please note that the original shipping fee is not refunded

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS WITHIN FINLAND

Regardless of the delivery method of your order, all returns must be made via Posti.

Delivery method: Posti

You can make a return either:

a) To a Posti parcel locker or service point using the OmaPosti app or Posti’s website with your tracking number.
Follow the instructions provided in the Posti app or on the website.

b) Or by using the contract number, by writing the following details on the parcel
(even if the order was not originally delivered by Posti, it can still be returned this way):
