Here you will find useful information with regards to ordering, delivery and returns. You can place orders from our online store as a registered customer or as a guest.

All prices are in Euros (€).

• If you want to make changes to your order, you have to make a completely new order.
• We can not combine orders that are placed at different times
• Upon receipt of your order, you are entitled to a 14 day right of return (as dictated by Finland Consumer Protection legislation). The products are not exchangeable.
• NB! There will be processing fee 4,90€ added to all returns from Finland. From orders returned outside Finland, the return fee is 9,90 €.
• We reserve the right to change the delivery methods during campaigns
• If any of our products are out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Paypal Finland and international payment systems.

2. Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail offers Visa, MasterCard and Amex credit card payments, and will distibute the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail will be shown as the recipient on your credit card statement. 

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY METHODS

Shipping costs will be automatically added to your order based on the shipping method you choose. All orders are shipped as parcels and will have a tracking number assigned to them.

Shipping to EU countries

See the prices on the checkout based on your shipping address. Delivery fees outside Finland starting from 6,20 €.

Full or partial returns from outside of Finland will incur a shipping fee of 7,50 €.

Return of defective items is free of charge.

If you are replacing or returning a defective product, we will arrange a free refund for your shipment. Email us at info@metsola.fi and we will send you instructions for completing your return.

We aim for fast mailing. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.We reserve the right to change delivery times during different promotions (eg SALE, Drop Days, Black Friday).

RETURN POLICY

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. As a consumer, you have the right to both inspect your items and try them out. Upon receipt of your order, you are entitled by law (as dictated by Finland Consumer Protection legislation) to a 14 day right of return.

It is equally important to inspect your order upon receipt even if you have purchased it for later use or as a gift. Do not wash your item unless you have checked it and have made the decision to keep it.

Returns products must be unused and must still have their original sales tags. All returns will be inspected prior to a refund. Please pack the products neatly for return so they can be returned to stock immediately if appropriate. Products may be returned to us in their original packaging or in another durable bag / box.

We do not accept returns made more than 14 days after receiving the shipment.

Metsola charges a return fee for the processing of returns. The fee is 4,90€ when the return comes from Finland and 9,90 € outside of Finland. The return fee is deducted from the amount that is refunded to the Customer. 

Returns will generally be processed within 1-2 business days of their arrival. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

After the return of a part order, if the order value is less than the free shipping limit, postage will be deducted from the refund.

Failure to collect an order is not classed as a return. Any order not collected in Finland will incur a shipping and handling fee of 10 €. Any order not collected outside Finland will incur a handling fee of 10,00 € + shipping cost back to Finland.

RETURNS 

Return your order by following these instructions. Please pack the products neatly for return so they can be returned to stock immediately if appropriate. Products may be returned to us in their original packaging or in another durable bag / box. Remember to include the returning form to your package.

Please remember to keep your return receipt until your return is processed. The receipt serves as proof that you have returned the package and it is on its way to us.

RETURNS OUTSIDE FINLAND:

Please contact our customer service info@metsola.fi for more information how to make the return. Return fee outside Finland is 9,90 €.

 

RETURNS WITHIN FINLAND:

Regardless of the delivery method of your order, please make the return via Posti.

You can make a return:

a) To a Posti parcel locker or service point using the OmaPosti app or Posti’s website with the shipment tracking number.
Follow the instructions provided in the Posti app or on the website.

b) Or by using the contract number, by writing the following details on the parcel
(even if the order was not originally delivered by Posti, it can still be returned this way):

Then return the parcel to your nearest Posti service point.
Please remember to keep your return receipt until your return has been processed. The receipt serves as proof of your return.

Even if your order was delivered via Schenker, please make the return via Posti following the instructions above.

Even if your order was delivered via Budbee, please make the return via Posti following the instructions above.
