Recycle and turn your used Metsola clothes into gift cards
Because the value and quality of Metsola clothing is maintained from one user to the next, we encourage our customers to buy thoughtfully and sustainably, take care of their clothes, and finally recycle unnecessary clothes for new users. By recycling, we can significantly reduce the carbon footprint of clothing.
We have made recycling easy together with Ninyes: send your used Metsola clothing or home textiles to Ninyes and they will handle the sale for you. You will receive a gift certificate to Metsola's online store in return.

We want to make recycling as easy as possible for you!
Send your used Metsola clothes according to the instructions below and our partner Ninyes will find them a new home!
Your returned clothes will be inspected, photographed, priced and listed for sale. Everything related to the sale will be taken care of for you. This way, you can get by with minimal effort and your clothes will be found by new users, safely and securely.
We pay you either 80% or 60% of each product approved for sale.

The refund you receive is based on the second-hand selling price of the used product.
We will pay you as follows:
- Second hand sale price is 10–80€, we pay 60% refund
- Second hand sales price is over €80, we will pay an 80% refund for the portion exceeding €80
The refund will be paid as a gift card, which you will receive two weeks after you have sent your recyclable products to Ninyes.
A processing fee of €2.80/product and any additional charges will be deducted from the gift card amount.

Fill out and submit the Metsola x Ninyes Re.wear form on the Ninyes website:

Send the clothes you want to sell to Ninyes. Put a note inside the package with your name, phone number and email address.

Once the return has been received and processed, you will receive an email with the refund value for the clothing. Once you have accepted the refund value, you will receive a gift card in your email.
For each product approved for sale, we will pay you either 60% (for products with a second-hand value of €10-80) or 80% (for products with a second-hand value of over €80) in the form of a gift card.
A handling fee of €2.80/product and any shipping costs will be deducted from the gift card amount.
You will receive a gift certificate approximately two weeks after you have sent in your recyclable clothing.

The gift card is valid for six months from the date of issue.

What can I return?
Yes, please:
All Metsola clothing or home textiles. Products must be in good condition, intact, clean and resalable.
We do not accept:
Dirty, stained, or broken items. Grayed, faded, or discolored items, counterfeit items, or items that are already worn out. We do not accept maternity package items, hygiene products, or small accessories such as socks, tights, hair accessories, and underwear.
